Your media is not our excuse to collect everything about you.
LM Stock collects the information needed to run accounts, licenses, creator payouts, favorites, and media delivery. We aim to keep that footprint practical and understandable.
What LM Stock keeps
Account information can include your name, email address, profile image, creator bio, favorites, licenses, and marketplace activity. Creator listings also include the metadata you choose to publish, such as titles, descriptions, keywords, dates, and locations.
Where original media lives
New full-resolution creator originals are designed to be stored privately in the LM Stock Google Drive library. LM Stock keeps smaller watermarked preview derivatives for marketplace browsing. The original is delivered only through the licensing flow.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, LM Stock uses Google identity information needed to create or match your account, such as your verified email, display name, and profile image. Signing in does not give other LM Stock members access to your Google account.
Payments
Stripe handles payment and creator payout processing. LM Stock stores marketplace records needed to know whether a license was paid, which asset it belongs to, and the creator/platform split. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in the LM Stock database.
Public information
Published creator names, bios, asset descriptions, keywords, locations, preview images, prices, and asset numbers can be public and indexable. Private master-file storage details are not part of the public gallery.
Mission transparency
LM Stock publishes its own live Mission & Impact page showing the current nonprofit percentage, tracked mission allocation, money actually recorded as sent, and published impact stories.
